Distribution & Syndication
In NewsTeam, feeds are far more than just website sections. They are the backbone of distribution, enabling you to curate, structure, and share content across a wide variety of channels.
Multi-Channel Feeds
Section titled “Multi-Channel Feeds”Feeds can be nested and configured to support multiple use cases:
- Websites & Apps — power your sites and native apps with curated feeds.
- Partner Integrations — expose feeds to trusted partners via secure APIs.
- Content Syndication — make selected content streams available on external platforms or third-party sites.
- Internal Tools — create feeds for dashboards, editorial planning, or special projects.
This flexibility means a single piece of content can live in many places — without duplication — simply by being placed in multiple feeds.
Feeds + Apps
Section titled “Feeds + Apps”Feeds become even more powerful when combined with Apps:
- Apps act as secure public interfaces between your organization and the V1 API.
- They can retrieve curated content from feeds for websites, apps, and partner-facing products.
- A linked Site gives public requests the right routing and audience context where needed.
- If you need imports, exports, sync, or system automation, that belongs to the integration layer rather than to apps.
This makes it possible to:
- Build custom mobile apps powered by your NewsTeam feeds.
- Integrate content streams into partner portals or campaign sites.
- Power public read experiences that need structured content from the same source of truth.
Technical Access
Section titled “Technical Access”Feeds and syndication endpoints can be accessed via:
- NewsTeam V1 API — see the API documentation.
- Early access npm client package — @newsteam/api.
All access is governed by your organization’s permissions model and the app credentials attached to each public consumer, ensuring you remain in control of what content is shared, where, and with whom.
Related Topics
Section titled “Related Topics” Feeds Curated collections that organize and distribute content.
Apps Manage integrations and control how sites, partners, and third-party systems consume your content.
Sites Your audience-facing products, like websites, apps, or newsletters.
Organizations The top-level container for your teams, sites, and content.
